Miguel Monkc / Solo Magazine / An Olfactory Voyage

Commissioned by Solo Magazine (Spain), Miguel Monkc created 3 minimalistic illustrations for its magazine number 12. An interesting essay about coffee and smells, two worlds strongly linked. Coffee and smell share a lot in common, it wouldn’t be possible to enjoy a cup of coffee without the sense of smell. Miguel has devoted the past 3 years studying the craft of perfumery and the specialty coffee scene and this is the artistic result expressed in a magazine and illustrations.
