Andy Potts created this illustration for the recent Martha’s Vineyard Chief Diversity Officer Summit 2024. The brief was to create an inspiring image of diverse business leaders centred around a lighthouse to symbolically represent the summit’s hopeful aims and the iconic landmark at Martha’s Vineyard island, Massachusetts. Andy gave the image a slick futuristic look and feel to match the ‘Future Is Now’ tagline and 3d modelled the central lighthouse based on the existing design.
